Set up the bar areas in the Pub each day. Keep them well stocked with ice, product, and clean glassware throughout the business day.

Keep the bar clean, safe and orderly at all times, and to restock the bars at the close of the day.

Perform basic repair and maintenance duties.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Mixology, product knowledge, and portion control
• Efficient, quality guest service
• Maintain a safe, organized and sanitary work area
• Perform all opening and closing procedures as required
• Practice teamwork by assisting others when needed
• Correctly perform the company's steps of service and hospitality
• Enter orders into P.O.S. system
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Understand and enforce local Alcohol and Beverage Commission laws and regulations
